What working together looks like

Discovery

We start with a discovery meeting to get to know each other and our goals; this means chatting about project expectations, parameters, limitations, and remote working preferences.

Research

Once the project officially kicks off, I dive into research. This may mean looking at competition, interviews, research into your industry, etc. Our goal is to have everyone on the same page at the end of this phase, and have a general direction to move forward with. This could be in the form of moodboards, early stage wireframes, or exploratory sketches.

Concept Design

I will work on a concept design based on the direction discussed from our research, and hone in on a polished design concept. This can be presented over a call, and we’ll chat about the design.

Production and Revisions

Once we’re happy with the general concept, I will continue to build out designs based on our creative concept with your team. Depending on the type of project, this could mean designing the interior pages of a website, or building out branding across multiple products.

Revise

Design is like the scientific process - we make our findings, create a plan, test, and revise. We’ll make tweaks as necessary, ensuring that everything is done with the goal of delivering the best possible solution.
